Research demonstrates that one of the key factors leading to a successful counseling experience is the relationship between client and counsellor. In order to ensure that I am the right counselor for you I offer a free 30 minute telephone session. During the call we can discuss the reason you are seeking out therapy, what your expectations are, and if we feel that we are a good fit. It is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions that you may have.
After our conversation, if you feel comfortable we can schedule our initial session. Sessions vary in cost based on the treatment required. Fees per session are $120.00. All sessions are 60 minutes in length and are scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, or based upon availability and needs.
