SERVICES
Sessions can take place in your home, online, and in-office including group therapy sessions.
Preference is given to in office sessions as the environment is calming, private, and free of distractions.

I have experience in providing psychoeducation and training either in office or offsite at your location. I have presented on numerous subjects for national conferences, school boards and educators, youth groups as well as for private organizations. A minimum number of participants are required for all seminars and workshops. Please contact Positive Outcome to request more detailed information.
Seminar topics include, but are not limited to: Anger Management, ADHD and Self-Care.
Currently virtual and in person appointments are available.
Individual Therapy
Individual counselling can help those struggling with work, relationships, health concerns, self esteem, and goals etc. Sessions allow for honest open conversations in a safe, non judgemental environment. Counselling can also help individuals better understand their challenges and consider more effective ways to manage their difficulties.
Couples Counselling
Couples counseling helps couples of all types recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. Through counseling, you can make thoughtful decisions about the direction of your relationship and how to rebuild and strengthen it.
Anger Management
Anger is a normal, healthy emotion when you know how to express it appropriately — anger management is about learning how to do this. Sessions are focused on developing a holistic understanding of recognition of signs that you're becoming angry, and taking action to c deal with the situation in a productive way.
ADHD Coaching
ADHD Coaching is focused sessions on how to manage and achieve specific goals. Sessions are designed to identify needs and develop specific goals and strategies to manage them and attain goals. Coaching sessions can begin after several individual counselling sessions to provide thorough education on ADHD and assess needs.

I’m Jawad Bhatti, a Registered Social Worker and psychotherapist committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families. With close to two decades of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients through a wide range of challenges—anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship struggles, life transitions, and the deeper work of exploring identity, culture, and faith.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that meaningful change happens in a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard. My approach is collaborative and practical, creating room for reflection while offering tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I hold a BA from the University of Toronto and both Bachelor and Master of Social Work degrees from York University. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, the Alberta College of Social Workers, and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.
Over the years, I’ve trained in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—a highly effective approach for processing trauma and emotional distress.
In addition to my clinical training, I hold a Diploma in Islamic Psychology from Cambridge Muslim College, allowing me to thoughtfully integrate Islamic and spiritual perspectives into the therapeutic process for clients who seek it. I welcome conversations about faith, meaning, and the unique intersections of your personal, cultural, and spiritual experiences.
My professional journey has also included leadership and teaching roles, including serving as Education Coordinator for the mental health department of a major Toronto hospital and adjunct professor at the University of Toronto. I also served as a former faculty advisor in the School of Social Work at York University.
Clients often describe my style as calm, steady, and approachable. I work with youth, adults, couples, and professionals from diverse backgrounds—including newcomers to Canada, students, and individuals navigating complex life transitions.
